Management Reporter report in Microsoft SharePoint fails to bring up the report

Issue:  Opening a Management Reporter report in Microsoft SharePoint fails to bring up the report and the page is blank.

Solution:  Management Reporter 2012 is currently supported with SharePoint 2007 and 2010. It supports both SharePoint Foundation and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server. This error could be caused by a couple different items.

1. Under Document Library Settings and Advanced Settings set "Allow Management of Content Types" from no to yes.
2. Under Content Types in your Document Library Settings page select "Add from Existing Content Types" and add the "Link to Document" content type. 

Once the above settings have been turned on, generate a Management Reporter 2012 report to a SharePoint location.
