Memorized entries made for fields like Customer ID, Vendor ID and Address ID can be changed. The AutoComplete Setup window can be found by going to Microsoft Dynamics GP menu, click on User Preferences, and choose AutoComplete. Turn the AutoComplete feature on or off by unchecking the checkbox to Show AutoComplete suggestions. Remove unused entries after a specific number of days. Last, users can specify the number of entries the system will store for each field. After making changes to the AutoComplete Setup window, log out of Microsoft Dynamics GP then log back in for the changes to take effect.
