Today we all use a variety of technology platforms and devices across numerous locations. It has become critical that software solutions provide greater access and value to meet these growing expectations. A major area of investment by Microsoft in the latest release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM Q2 2012 Update) is in extending the reach with additional mobile capabilities and support for a wide variety of browsers.

The Q2 2012 update will include a new cloud-based, cross-platform native mobile client for Windows Phone 7.5, iPad, iPhone, Android, and Blackberry devices. All the mobile configuration, security, and management needs are taken care of in the cloud so you don’t have to worry.

Additionally, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web Client will finally run on browsers other than Internet Explorer!  In addition to the application’s ability to run on multiple versions of Internet Explorer, additional browsers and platforms will be supported.  You will be able to run Microsoft Dynamics CRM on Safari running on Mac or iPad, Firefox running on PC or Mac, and Chrome running on PC.
