Microsoft Dynamics CRM Promotions

Earlier this month Microsoft announced the Big Easy and Cloud Easy promotions would return.  The promotion offers a partner subsidy to be used toward the implementation costs which is determined based on the level of software investment.  The Big Easy and Cloud Easy offer is valid only for qualified small and mid-sized business organizations purchasing eligible licenses – Open Value or Open License.

The great news about this promotion is Microsoft Dynamics CRM is included – both Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-premise and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.

Let’s look at an example of the savings.  If you were to purchase 10 full user CALs of Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-premise ($1055 each) with 1 license of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server ($5283), your partner subsidy would be $3,167.  This example also includes two years of Software Assurance.

This same example for a 10 user Dynamic CRM Online ($44 per user per month) implementation would net a partner subsidy of $790.

Let’s go one step further and look at the savings for a 50 user Dynamics CRM On-premise and a 50 user Dynamics CRM Online implementation.  Using the same products, the partner subsidy for a 50 user Dynamics CRM On-premise implementation would be slightly over $11,000.  A 50 user CRM Online partner subsidy would be almost $4,000.

The subsidies are to be used with a Microsoft partner of your choice.  There are certain exclusions under the Terms and Conditions which can be found at

Also, don’t forget the Big Easy 10 is good for qualifying purchases made between March 1, 2013 and May 31, 2013 from authorized selling partners.
