Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 Exporting SmartList to Excel – values have 5 decimal places

After upgrading to GP2013, do some of the field values you export to Excel display differently?   We are seeing some issues when exporting the same reports used in prior version of Microsoft Dynamics GP when exporting SmartLists to Excel.

For example, under the Sales Line Items folder, the SmartList displays great within Microsoft Dynamics GP, the QTY field is correct showing no decimal places.  But once that SmartList is exported to Excel, 5 decimal places are appearing for this field as well as other QTY type fields such as QTY Allocated, QTY Canceled etc.

Microsoft Dynamics GP 10 and GP 2010 are working just fine.  So this is an issue with GP 2013 and does happen with both Microsoft Office 2010 and Microsoft Office 2013.

I am also not sure yet of a scheduled fix date, but this has been reported to Microsoft.
