“Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint” while upgrading to GP 2010

Ran into something with an upgrade recently. We had gotten all of the company databases upgraded except for one. It was throwing an error message while upgrading some Payroll temporary tables. After doing a bit of research, I stumbled across a KB article from Microsoft highlighting the issue that I was running into. Luckily, this was an easy fix and could be done right from the point of the error, rather than having to restore the backup of the database back into the system.
