Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Email Templates have been available for a number of versions; however, many people haven’t used them prior to version 2011. Why? Well, one of the primary reasons was that they weren’t convenient to use. If you wanted to use them you needed to go directly into Microsoft Dynamics CRM to create it and then create an email from within the application (not in Outlook) to leverage the template you created.
